So I've been doing the dispersing solution religiously for the last 3 days (been using the zeta crystals on and off for about 6 months - though never with the regularity of this study) and have noticed these things.
1. Mental clarity = increased, also it seems visual too, in mediation increased energy flowing in core
2. I've heard of this observation from other people - but men usually have a daily cycle where women have a monthly one. That is, men have a tendency to be more "up" in the mornings - if you catch my drift. I notice being "up" in the mornings more.
The common denominator here: increased blood flow?
My highest numbers for the specific conductivity and pH were about 19 plus upon waking with pH at about 6.0. The best numbers were s/c 2.6, pH 7.
